Is Telehealth for Me?

To participate in telehealth appointments, it is necessary to have the following:

A device equipped with audio and video capabilities.

Access to the internet.

A private, quiet location free of distractions.

Telehealth presents several benefits worth considering:

It proves particularly valuable when in-person healthcare is difficult or inconvenient for you.

If you encounter mobility issues, transportation limitations, or have a demanding schedule that hampers your ability to visit a healthcare provider in person, telehealth offers a viable alternative.

It serves as a cost-effective and convenient method of receiving care for chronic conditions.

Telehealth can be particularly advantageous if you face challenges related to conditions such as immuno-deficiency or social anxiety, which make attending in-person appointments difficult.

Furthermore, it provides a confidential and discreet mode of care that surpasses what an in-person appointment can offer.
