Balance Psychiatric Services provides outpatient psychiatric and limited outpatient medical services only. Services are not intended for emergency, urgent, or crisis care.
No Guarantees
Clinical outcomes, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and prescriptions are based on individualized clinical evaluation and medical necessity and are not guaranteed.
Telehealth Limitations
Telehealth services may be affected by technology limitations and are not appropriate for all conditions or situations. If telehealth is not clinically appropriate, you may be referred to alternative care resources.
Patient Responsibilities
By engaging in services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Participate in treatment planning and follow-up
- Seek emergency help when needed
- Maintain a private location for sessions when possible
